No-Bake Chocolate Cookies with 3-Ingredient in 5 Minutes 노오븐 초콜릿 쿠키 만들기


Hello, Today I am making the easiest no-bake cookies. It’s a chocolate fudge based quick recipe with 3 ingredients. First, melt 4 oz of dark chocolate and 1/4 cup of sweetened condensed milk over double boiler. Today I used Hershey’s Baking Pieces Special Dark. You can also use microwave oven instead of bain-marie, hot-water bath. Then add 2 cups of cereal of your choice and mix until cereal is well coated. Today I used rice and whole wheat cereal which is crispy and mildly sweet. Drop tablespoonful of cookies on silicon pad or parchment paper lined pan. Then if you want, flatten the cookies a little. And let cool. Voila. How simple was that? Melt and mix. It takes only 5 minutes. You don’t have to worry about cooking sugar unlike other no-bake recipes.   5. Hi, bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 min or cook over medium-high heat for about 5 min. Oats should be crispy and brown. Let cool before using them. Good luck!

  11. These were really delicious, reminded me of French Roses des sables that my mum used to make! I made two big batters, one microwaving the choco+milk and the other one on bain-marie, and I highly recommend using this latter version! The chocolate was kind of "pasty" when microwaved, but the two versions were nice and tasty! 🙂
