How To Make Wheat Flour Cake | सॉफ्ट व स्पंजी आटे का केक बनाये कुकर में | Ate Ka Cake | Wheat Cake
Namaste! Welcome to masala kitchen. Today I will prepare a cake with wheat flour. For it I have taken 1/2 L milk. Boil the milk. Boil the milk until it is reduced to half. I have taken 100 gm wheat flour. Also I have taken 50 gm amul butter. For sweetening it, I have jaggery and sugar. Take 100 gm jaggery, if your kid likes it. You can also take 50 gm jaggery and 50 gm sugar; in place of 100 gm jaggery. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder. Colourful cherries. 1 tsp baking powder. Grease the baking utensil and put a butter paper in it. The utensil is greased with oil. You can either take the butter paper or the brown paper. Cut a long strip and set it like this. If you don’t have butter paper, then grease the oil in the utensil and spread all purpose flour. Around 1 tbsp. Take a pressure cooker. Check whether your mould fits in the pressure cooker or not. Put 1-1.5 bowl salt in the pressure cooker. Put a stand inside it. Milk is reduced to half. Now add sugar to the milk. Cook it for 1-2 minutes so that sugar dissolves in the milk. Sugar has dissaolved in the milk. Now add jaggery to it. Jaggery will give it a very nice colour. You can also add 1 tsp coco powder to make it a chocolate cake. I have added butter to it. Let it cool down. Meanwhile I will heat the pressure cooker. Cover it with a lid. Take the wheat flour. Cardamom powder Salt Baking powder We have to use baking powder and not baking soda. Sieve it. Mix the flour with the batter. Either mix the wheat flour or all purpose flour with it. The consistency should neither be too flowing nor too thick. Pour it in the utensil. Put some colourful cherries on it. Put the utensil above the stand. Keep the flame low. Cover it with a lid. It will take 20-22 minutes to cook. We can check it after 15-17 minutes. Check the cake. The cake is ready. Switch off the gas stove. Wheat flour cake is ready. We are using a cooker as it has a thick base. You can use any other utensil also which has a thick base. It is cooked from all sides. Also it has a very beautiful colour. It is very soft also. You can store this cake for 1 week.
