How to make Puff Pastry Chocolate Horns – Puff Pastry Chocolate Rolls


3 egg yolks 20g corn starch 50g granulated sugar 200ml milk 10g unsalted butter 50g dark chocolate *cover and let it cool completely 100ml whipped cream *refrigerate at least 30 min 300g puff pastry.

  1. Don't get me wrong, really good video, but try to turn the audio down for when you put bowls and pots down. It really takes away from the peaceful vibe of the video. Also, try to bring the mic closer for stuff, like when you're filling the horns. Otherwise, awesome video as always
