  5. Great video, love all the detail work. Just an fyi there is a gadget called a clay extruder that is meant for pottery work but I know some bakers who use it for fondant work. It might work for cookie/biscuit dough as well. It makes nice little ropes.

  13. Custard Creams are nice and all, but my favourite biscuit is actually Arnott's Kingston. I don't know if they're common outside of Australia though.

  33. How do u find these recipes? I don't know if u have them there but if u could find and do a recipe for a dark chocolate mars bar. Yum! Especially the recipe for the original one. They changed the recipe and it isn't the same. I think the original was more of a marshmallowy texture or something….
