广式香蕉糕
Cantonese Banana Cake
30克糯米粉放入锅中,小火炒熟

蒸盘内刷上油

锅中水大火烧开

放入香蕉糊,大火蒸20分钟左右

蒸好后,用筷子插一下,没有粘物,说明蒸熟了

用擀面杖擀开,擀薄

把它紧紧的卷起来

如果太干,卷不紧,可以在上面刷上凉开水
If it’s too dry and the roll is not tight, you can brush
it with cold boiling water. 糯
把它搓长
Knead it long 糯
平均切块
Average cut 糯
软糯香甜,非常好吃!

  1. There is a similar dessert in tropical islands called poe. The banana cake is dipped in warm or cold coconut milk 🙂

  2. just to note, it might be possible to replace the rice flour with corn starch and forego the cooking of the rice flour. Typically cooking flour like that is done to burst the flour granules so that it doesn't taste like flour and to release the starch molecules, where as corn starch would be pure starch and would probably work just as good, in then end you are making what amounts to a super thick rice/banana pudding, and then working it to lock the starch molecules together with parts of the banana giving it some elastic properties.

  3. thank you for sharing your recipe. i will surely give it a go. the only question i have is, can i use powder sugar instead of roasted glutinous rice flour for dusting when rolling out the steamed banana mixtures is cooled?

  4. great video and lesson, and the folks complaining about the translation, are they the one's who do not even know that they should know things about life? Like whats their opinion of the paradigm shift scientific revolution we are currently in? They don't know, but they can make fun of this young lady because they are well hidden behind a pc … so anyway great video, and THANK YOU for the translation…. and isn't it ironic, u can speak and read at least 2 languages 😉

  5. 反正都是用攪拌機。
    懶人想問。可否先把香蕉切斷,放攪拌機備用,然後80白糖先溶入100水中,糯米粘米粉 過篩混合,再加入糖水,手動攪拌中途加入植物油,然後倒入攪拌機連同香蕉混合。

  6. 太麻烦了 一点都不简单。1.直接把所有材料倒到blender即可。之前浪费很多时间,2.直接用微波炉加热 然后直接卷更快
