गुलाब जामुन बनाने की विधि Gulab Jamun Recipe in Hindi | How to Make Gulab Jamun at Home in Hindi

Hello Friends Today We’ll make Gulab Jamun. ingredients are following. Mawa (Khoya) – 100 gram Sugar – 2 bowl Baking powder – 1/4 tsp White Wheat Flour (Maida) – 1 tbsp Refined Oil Cardamom seeds Chironji and Raisins At first we’ll mash the Khoya (Mawa) for 7 to 8 minutes. Put Baking Soda, white wheat flour (maida) in it. first mix half Maida. Mash all these things for 7 to 8 minutes. Khoya should be fresh. Put remaining Maida. Mix it by taking little-little maida. Mash it. Our Dough is Ready. Its Soft. Now make Round Gulab Jamun. First Put bowl on gas. Put sugar in it. add 1 cup water in it. and keep the gas on low flame. take a Patse from dough and make it round. in gulab jamun size. press it with hand. Put 1 Raisin, 2 Cuddapah almond and cardamom seeds. in mid of gulab jamun and pack it. Stuffing is optional. follow same steps for other. Wait for to melt Suagr. Now we’ll fry them. to fry gulab jamun put a Kadhai (Pan) on gas to heat refined oil. Put cardamom seeds in sugar syrup. Sugar syrup (chasni) should be a little thick. Put Raw Gulab jamun balls in pan. One by one. We’ll fry these balls on slow-medium gas. When it’ll fry for bottom, change it. Our Sugar syrup is thick now. now off the Gas. Roll Gulab Jamun and fry them. Keep the gas slow. after frying these balls. Put out in a plate. Our Chasni (Sugar syrup) is ready. Put all the gulab jamun’s in it.
