Namaskar Welcome to nishamadhulika.com Today we will make the Rjasthani pitor curry You can cook it whenever you feel like eating something unique It is delicious Come lets start cooking The batter is required to prepare the pitor curry Take 1 cup of chickpea flour Add it in a bowl Add 1/2 tsp of salt Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder Add 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds Add 1 finely chopped green chilli Add some water Prepare a thick batter until lumps disappear Add the less amount of water in the beginning as the lumps disappears quickly The smooth batter is ready Add some water We will add 2.5 cups of water in it We took 1 cup of chickpea flour 2 cup water The lose batter of chickpea is ready Now, we will cook it Preheat the wok Add 2 tbsp of oil Heat it Add 1/4 pinch of asafoetida Add the batter in it Cook it on the medium flame while continuously stir it until it is thick. The batter is desirabely thick We won’t cook it for the longer time and won’t make it thicker The thick batter pitor is not so perfect Keep it of this consistency We cooked it on the medium flame Now, we will set in the plate Dab it by using the spoon and apply some oil on the back part of the spoon Spread it 1/3 inch thicker Keep it in a cool place for 10 minutes It will set Lets prepare masala for the curry until it sets Preheat the pan Add 2 tbsp of oil The oil has heated Add 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds Turn the flame to low Add 1/4 pinch of asafoetida Add 1/3 tsp of turmeric powder Add 1 tsp of coriander powder Add 1/2 tsp of ginger paste Roast them slightly 2 tomatoes 2 green chillies Grind them Add their Paste in the masala Add 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder You can increase and decrease its quantity according to your taste Roast the masala until oil separates from it Turn the flame to medium The masala is roasting Pitor has also set Cut it You can cut the pieces of your desired size Remove and place the pieces in the plate If you haven’t subscribed to my channel yet then subscribe it now. Click the bell icon to stay updated regarding my latest videos Oil is separating from the masala and it has roasted Add 1 cup of water Mix and leave the gravy to boil Add 1/2 cup of whisked curd along with 1/2 cup of water Use the curd of normal temprature Add curd in intervals and continuously stir it Add the whole curd once it starts boiling Stir it until the gravy boils properly and if you will add curd in gravy followig this way then the curd will never curdle. The gravy has boiled We will stop stirring it Add 3/4 tsp of salt Add 1/4 tsp of garam masala Add finely chopped green coriander Oil and spices are floating over the gravy It only happens when the masala is properly roasted Add the pitors Cover and cook on the low flame for 3-4 minutes. You can serve leftover pitor along with chutney. Everyone will like it. We cooked the curry for 4-5 minutes The fragnanace is soothing The curry has cooked The pitor’s curry is ready to be served Garnish it with finely chopped green coriander You can serve it chappati, parantha, naan, rice or whatsoever you desire. It is very delicious Preparing this curry is an easy process While cooking pitor be careful that there are no lumps, continuously stir and cook it. Do not overcook to make it hard. Keep it soft and set Amazing pitor would be prepared Be careful while roasting the spices Roast them until oil seperates You will prepare amazing curry This curry is enoigh for the 3-4 members of a family.
