Goals and Objectives
Increase walkability in the Alamogordo area.
Identify hazards to walking (lighting, sidewalks, crosswalks, etc.)
Develop information on specific benefits of trails/routes.
Encourage parents/adults to walk with children.
Raise awareness of drivers' responsibilities for pedestrian safety.

Washington Park, located at 1st & Washington
South Scenic extension, located at the end of 1st St.
Alameda Park Zoo
Numerous trails in Cloudcroft
High school tracks in Mescalaro, Tularosa, Alamogordo and Holloman AFB
